Hand Crafts-In-Person meetings postponed until further notice

Monday Morning Quilters meet weekly to tie quilts for outreach to individuals and outside organizations, such as Habitat, Hospice, veterans, and homeless.  In addition to individuals to quilt or cut blocks of fabric, the group will take donations for batting/filling, twin to king size sheets, and fabric for squares.

Yarn Ministry at Peace knit or crochet and donates prayer shawls, lap robes, chemo caps, preemie caps, hats, gloves, scarves.  Participants either make at home or meet monthly to make items to be donated to shut-ins, injured, veterans, cancer patients, hospitals, and homeless.

Baptismal Napkins:  These little napkin-like cloths are used to dry the heads of the newly baptized.  Volunteers hand or machine emroider or cross-stitch a cross or other design on a corner.

FaithQuilts: Periodically, we organize to “tie” blankets for our newest faith members.  Each child under age 3 gets wrapped in a FaithQuilt which has been embroidered with a cross and dove, tied, and binded by volunteers.
