We are a team of passionate early childhood educators- including teachers, assistants, floaters, and administrators—who believe caring for and teaching young children is meaningful ministry work. Each role plays an important part in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow and thrive.

Comfortable in a Christian environment and supportive of our mission
Experienced in early childhood education (preferred, not always required)

Lead Teacher
Plans and leads developmentally appropriate activities while creating a warm, engaging classroom and guiding children’s learning and growth.
Assistant Teacher
Works alongside the Lead Teacher to support daily routines, activities, and classroom care while building positive relationships with children.
Floater
Supports classrooms as needed throughout the day by assisting teachers, covering breaks, and helping maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children.
What is needed...
IVP Fingerprint clearance card (required)
CPR/First Aid (required)
A CDA or higher-education (preferred)
Ability to lift, move, and actively engage with young children
Commitment to licensing and safety guidelines
